Acoustic? Folk? Whatever you want - In Any Order!

In Any Order are a four-piece acoustic folk band based in the East Midlands.

Jerry & Steve had been performing together on and off for many years prior to them meeting up with Chris in 1998 at a local folk club.

Although all solo performers in their own right, the resulting powerful blend of harmonies had the three playing together regularly.

In 2000, Helen joined the group after an inpromptu audition at a local sing-around night. Although coming from a different musical background (Classical, Blues and Rock) she brought a greater depth to the harmonies and a broader range to the reportoire.

Instruments played and vocals - In Any Order

Jerry - is one of the founder members of IAO. As well as mid harmony vocals he plays guitar, mandola, bouzouki bodhran and harmonica.

Chris - plays 6 and 12 string guitar as well as high harmony vocals.

Helen - the latest member, has added a girlie touch to the bands sound. As well as high harmony vocals she plays bodhran and recorder.

Steve - is the other founder member of IAO and sings lead and bass harmony vocals. He also plays whistle, guitar, bouzouki and melodeon.
