Megan English - banjolele and ukulele entertainment
Ten year-old Megan English is fast becoming a regular on the stage of the Hinckley ACT at our Wednesday club nights.
Megan, who goes to Burton on the Wolds Primary School is already an accomplished musician, playing the banjolele and ukulele.
On her two visits to the Hinckley ACT (7th May and 4th June) she treated the audience to an astonishingly eclectic mix of music ranging from Beatles’ hits to a wartime medley “especially for Dad.”
Megan has been playing for just two years and is already an established member of the East Midlands George Formby Society.
We look forward to welcoming her as a regular guest on our “Open Mike” nights every first Wednesday of the month.
About the Hinckley ACT

Informal club nights are interspersed with concerts with guest performers.
The Hinckley ACT is also involved in local arts festivals such as the Burbage Community Arts Festival.
